Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery of goods and acceptance

The shipment is carried out by “ Clos ”, as owner of the website www.closcollection.com, from the moment the consumer receives the order confirmation email, usually within 2 (two) working days, if the destination address is in Italy, or, if the destination address is within foreign states belonging to the European Union, within 7 (seven) working days and in the case of a destination country outside the EU, within 10 (ten) working days.

Clos undertakes to do everything in its power to respect the delivery times, which it reserves the right to indicate at the time of shipment of the product (if the customer requests it), and in any case, within 30 (thirty) working days.

In the event of failure to execute the order by the seller, due to any unavailability, even temporary, of the purchased product, the seller will provide written notice to the buyer using the same methods and will refund any sums already paid for the product.

Should the packaging or wrapping of the products ordered arrive at their destination clearly damaged, with damage to the internal goods, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept delivery "with reservation".

2. Shipping costs, duties and taxes

The price of the products, as indicated in the conditions of sale, is the one indicated on the website www.closcollection.com at the time the order is placed by the buyer. The prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (where applicable) and any indirect taxes (where applicable).

Shipping costs will be indicated when the order is placed. If the products are to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation is inclusive of indirect taxes and net of any customs duties and any other sales tax that the buyer hereby undertakes to pay, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation, in accordance with the provisions of the law of the country in which the products will be delivered. The user/buyer is invited to obtain information from the competent authorities of their country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in the country of residence or destination of the products.


The buyer's lack of knowledge of the above costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or charges at the time of sending an order to the seller, shall not constitute a reason for termination of the contract and shall in no way constitute a source of charge for the aforementioned charges to the seller.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded pursuant to these general conditions of sale, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from delivery of the product or, in the case of the purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, from when the last product was delivered.

All shipping costs are non-refundable, only the value of the items will be refunded.

The risks and direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is not returned because it was received damaged, in which case the costs will be borne by Clos and without prejudice to any subsequent verification regarding the causes of the damage suffered by the product. If the returned goods are worn, damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, necklines, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels, laces and any other attached elements), the original packaging and wrapping and the guarantee certificate, where present, Clos reserves the right not to proceed with the refund. Clos will be forced to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

In the event of withdrawal, Clos will refund the payments received within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice to the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received and verified. Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment used at the time of purchase by the consumer in the event of advance payment via PayPal or Credit Card, while they will be credited via bank transfer with IBAN previously communicated by the consumer in the event of payment on delivery, unless the consumer requests the refund with a different means of credit or wishes to receive a promotional code for the refund amount to be used within 14 days.

HYPOTHESIS IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED

PURSUANT TO ART. 59 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 206/2005 (SO-CALLED CONSUMER CODE) AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED in cases where the goods sold have been made "to measure" or "personalised" based on the choices of the end customer.
