The sandals with interchangeable jewels have a strong connection to the history of my island: Sardinia. The Greeks called Sardinia "Ichnussa," from the Greek ichnos. which means footprint of a human foot, from which also comes “Sandaliotis”, from sandalion which means sandal.
Made in Italy by artisans, in very soft black calfskin. On the tip there is a hook on which to apply jewel accessories.
